About Us
Border Environmental Services is an independent limited company based in Dumfries, South West Scotland, with clients all across the UK, Ireland and abroad. Our clients range from large plc's to the local corner shop - in other words, they are as diverse as we are.
We have constantly developed our business philosophy over the last 12 years of trading. Below we state our current thinking, but recognise the need to continuously improve our services to meet our client's needs.

Our Business Approach
We understand the need to put our client first. Our approach is to provide the highest quality of work, delivered to clients within budget, on time and in a positive helpful manner. We subscribe to a long term view of business, in which it is most important to develop a professional and trusting relationship with our clients and form a long term partnership with them.
Our View on Quality
We have the highest regard for the provision of service to a quality standard and continually aim to improve our standards. We clearly understand the principles laid down by the Quality Guild and have produced a Quality Management System. We are in the process of implementing these standards for all the services we provide.
Training in the Future
All our consultants are chosen for their experience and knowledge of a vast range of working environments. We are committed to ensure that all our consultants have the knowledge of all up to date legislation in our quest to improve the services we provide. We make use of both internal and external training resources, having recognised the need to continually update our knowledge and skills.
Our Pricing Policy
Value for money is very difficult to accurately quantify but we are striving very hard to provide our clients with a high standard of service, which will satisfy our mutual objectives at a very competitive price. We firmly believe that the quality of service provided should not be reflected in a high pricing structure. We believe that in a straight comparison, in terms of quality of service and quantity of work, Border Environmental Services will always be competitive.
